Hey guys, I want to expose this little secret to the Mopar brotherhood for us Dodge/Chrysler guys. Many of you may already know this but here is a very cool thing.

Hold down your Tripometer/Trip reset button while your vehicle is off, put the keys to the ON position, don't turn them enough to get the stereo or AC/Heat going, just to the ON position! Let go, wait a couple seconds and watch your Instruments, LED's & Gauges! Your care will look like it has a mind of it's own! It should test all of your Instruments, LED'& Gauges in your dash console above your steering wheel. This is how the dealers usually test functionality! I love this, it looks so tight! If you do it at night or in the dark you can also turn your parking lights on to light up your Instruments & Gauges so you can see. Hope this is interesting to some of you! Later guys!

I have a 99 ES, I'm not sure what happens in the older ones cause I never tried it in my 95 Intrepid. I just tried it in my mother-in-laws 97 Chrysler Town & Country and it worked, I had to press both trip button thangs though. Mine just got one button for trip. Later guys!

it should, I should have described it better, push stick is correct. I have just one on my 99 ES, the 97 Town & Country I tested it on as well had two and I had to push them both simultaneously. If you have something older than a 97 perhaps it won't work, I didn't get a chance to try it on my 95 Intrepid so I'm not really sure. When you do it all your gauges should start moving at different levels and operating by themselves even though the engine is not running for RPM/MPH. I thought it waz pretty cool. I know that the older ones have a different way of displaying fault codes so perhaps this is not applicable to the 1st gen Intrepids. Let me know if any of you guys become sucessful at this. As far as AIM I'm not sure if people can chat w/AIM through AOL, I have and AOL account and SBC DSL but I don't have AIM specifically.

Later guys,
