Pics of a Supercharged Dodge Neon SRT, this little thing has 208 HP and goes 0-60 in 6 seconds...

I must say that doesnt look that bad. I've always hated Neons... but i wouldnt mind driving that for a day. 208hp? I assume that will be a 4-banger? Thats probably one of the only 4cyl cars that could keep up with a WRX (well maybe at least for a little bit).

Of course... it should kick the crap out of the Sentra SE-R.

Next year the Neon SRT will have a 2.4 turbo 230 hp with the ram air hood. Saw it posted on the mopar Buzz news site.

it comes with a 'rice' option from the dealer I think.


THat is why it went from 208 to 230 hp.

The window sticker on the lot probably says something like this:

wing = +10 hp
Clear brake lights = +5 hp
Fart can exhaust = +7 hp

If they made that Neon look bone stock with all the go-fast goodies...I'd buy it. I just think it's a little overdone.

But then again, so was that hamburger I ate for dinner and I wasn't complaining.
