I used to know a guy who did this. He accomplished it by putting spark plugs towards the end of the exhaust pipe with a control inside and by adjusting the choke. I'm assuming you'd have to remove the cat converters and mufflers for this to work. Personally I don't think its a good idea.

Don't listen to them DO IT, AND TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES! That would be awesome. Did I mention to take lots of pictures? Let us know how you hook it up.

Well, i think i would be cool. I also think it will be a little more diffucult on an EFI engine. Can't exactly pull the choke on these. Your best bet would be to use propane instead of gas. It'll go farther and is alot cheaper. That's what people are using these days. Pretty much all it is is a bbq grill with an electronic controller bolted to your pipes.

One thing to consider. Your rear bumper cover is plastic. Most of the modern cars ive seen this done on usualy replace the bumper with fiberglass. The stock one might not stand up to the heat from flames.

But the way it was done was by putting a spark plug on the tailpipe, and manualy choking the engine a bit. The unburned fuel vapor shot out the rear and was ignited by the spark plug..
