tinting

i am in the process, the doors are easy to do, the rear window i am not sure about, i "might" have that one done but not sure. the doors are easy, just take the windows out of teh doors, and take them inside and do them. is prtty easy. my one came out a lil ****ed up cuz there was dust in the air and i didn't see it till it adheared to the windows, so i just gotta do it again.

I had mine done, it only cost 190 & they did a great job.

if you really know what you're doing, go for it. But it is not easy, the back window is very steeply sloped. If you have the cash, have it done then it has a warranty.

On the cape theres only one place and they want 250 bucks-and i really want the mirror tint apparently its 'illegal' here but ive seen the lexus suv with it so WTF!!

Thats what i was thinking, its under $100 for all the windows here also.

In SE Wisconsin - I paid $150 for 5 windows. If I would have done it differently, I would have gotten (limo) 5% on my rear glass. The other four are 20%.

Well, Pimped..... $100 is pretty close around here, unless you want all 5 tinted, or get it done somewhere cheaper, but mine was $125 for 5 windows, or it would have been $95 for 3

Does 35% look good? I'm thinking of doing 35% all around but if it doesn't look that much different I don't know...

Also, in the old 95 trep catalog it says it comes with tint...

Explanation?

I've got limo tint on the rear - and mid tint on the sides. Its perfect. 35% all around? Dunno. Depends I guess. You dont wanna see people peeking in when you're making out with someone do u ? _

Well the thing is tinting front windows is illegal in PA...so if I got darker then 35% I would get hassled alot. Usually cops will leave you alone with 35% though.
