Are you thinking of that $200 "waste of money" that there is a huge strand on of ppl arguing over it? Yeah, i dont see how something like that would help at all.
not for $200. maybe for $20. think about it...how many turns are there in the intake tube downstream of where the tornado would go? how many right angles? the vortex would be almost nonexistant when the air got to the throttle body. try it if you want but don't expect anything great. i'd estimate maybe 1hp and hardly noticeable mpg increase.
JUNK-I tried in my Firebird and it slowed the car down because it blocked air into the TBI.
I already know a bud who tried it, it's suppose to speed up the air flow like a TORNADO. Some 89 cent piece of plastic that goes in your air intank & yes it's a ***** to force in their. It's garbage, don't waste your money.
$69.00, tried it in my 3.2L ES. I thought it was interesting. My thought is that it blocks air if anything to the throttlebody and my tornado fuel saver didn't even look as nice as the one on the commercial, it wasen't curved like it and had an odd opening in the center that I would think would screw up the vortex. I also cut my finger open pretty bad because it's metal with sharp edges. I was not really happy with it at all. It had a 30 day money back guarantee but I didn't have time so they go me. I took it out. It's more expensive but I'd go with a K&N or K&N Intake, just rest the PCM after.

So many people, me included, add an intake to reduce the bends and restrictions. So why add one? The fuel air mix isn't done until after the TB, the injectors are almost directly into the head, right? So I see that there could be no advantage on that part also. Hmmmm Plus, it seems that those that have tried them are not at all happy.

I have changed my intake tube, added the K&N, drilled my airbox, added anti-foam etc and have never reset my PCM after any of the mods were done

the computer is made to adapt to the mods after a day or two, I just drove it and the car adapted just like it's supposed to
Opps sorry I should mention you should take a picture of your hands since you'll loose a couple of fingers putting one of those POS's in.

If you want faster airflow, but a high RPM noisy as all hell metal bladed fan in their.
i like to think all of u. i'll save my money for something else. and MoparPerformance that was funny, but sorry about the pain :( :)
well, I guess that's your car, my car drove like **** and performed adversely after installing a K&N on my 99ES 3.2L. Maybe the car was just F'd up but it's the truth. I had hella tranny bump and hesitation with the K&N. The only thing I never did was reset the PCM. All cars are not created equal though they are supposed to be.

Later guys,
