not for $200. maybe for $20. think about it...how many turns are there in the intake tube downstream of where the tornado would go? how many right angles? the vortex would be almost nonexistant when the air got to the throttle body. try it if you want but don't expect anything great. i'd estimate maybe 1hp and hardly noticeable mpg increase.
