As far as I am aware the only tranny mods we can do is the anti-foam additive. I've tried to find any sort of shift improver kit but am still coming up empty.

follow this link to a past post on anti-foam. there is a post from a 1st gen 3.5 owner. The additive can be bought at any mopar dealer. Part number, price etc are in the old post.
