Between the battery and the front drivers side fender. Just look for the washer fluid filler neck, its right by it.

No. TCM controls transmission health and operation.

"No CCD bus messages"

Delayed Throttle could be all kinds of things. But not TCM, that's for sure.
What do you mean, takes awhile to kick in?

You mean, when you punch the gas, transmission takes a second to downshift and launch?
Or do you mean, when you are sitting at the light, you hit the gas and car wants to stall out before it goes..?
Hm. Interesting.

You must have been driving a smaller car all your life.

This is how 42LE transmission operates normally. It's a large car, and a large transmission. Take care of it, it is a weakest part on your vehicle.

When it gets hot, it will downshift even slower. If you get it super-hot, sometimes it won't even downshift at all until the temp is back to normal.
