Trouble with error codes(Question Changed)

OK, so as near as I can figure it I am getting the following:

12 11 21 66 33 55

I know 12, 11, 33, and 55

However, what are 21 and 66?

OK, So I figured those out, finally.

Next is where is the Crank Sensor?

The sensor is located on the passengers side of the transmission housing, above the differential housing
