Don't know about the earlier models but on the 01's there is a slit in the carpet on each side just before the wheel well. Inside the slit is a place to hook the bottom of the net. As for the top, there is a square notch directly above.

Silverback, I have destructions... I mean instructions at home ;) I will try to post them later on after I dig them out. And maybe even scan them in if you are lucky. But the basic deal of it is there are holes for those bolts before the wheel wells and there sould be a plastic device at the end of each bolt where the elastic loops hook on to. But I will try to get the instructions tonight.

Adding the instructions instead of maing a seperate post.

1999 Dodge Intrepid Convenience Net Instructions:

You should have 4 hook fasteners, and 2 "J-Nuts" which look like a folded over fastener with a screw/bolt guide drilled though it, and of course the net.

A. Install Upper Hook Fasteners
1. Push j-nuts through squarre holes onto sheetmetal. Align to round holes.
(the diagram looks like you push the protruding bolt guide through the square hole you will find and then slide it into position over the hole that is already drilled in your car.)
2. Screw hook fasteners into J nuts

B. Install Lower Hook Fasteners through slits in trunk carpet
(Attachment holes in trunk floor under carpet)

C. INstall Convenience net by attachng elastic loops to the hook fasteners.

There ya go. If you want the scan of the document let me know and I will get it to you this weekend.
