Hello All,
I have a 2004 Concorde 3.5l. When I have the car on jack stands, I can
physically move the front tire left to right and see the steering wheel rotate
with the movement of the wheels. I have never been able to do this with any
other car, is this common with this car? I ask because I have had a vibration in
the car when slightly turning right over 55 mph. I have replaced both CV
axles, lower control arm and ball joints, and Inner tie rod bushings. But, the
problem still exists.

Tire wear is no problem. No signs of bad wheel bearings.

Any suggestions would be really great.

Check inner and outer tie rods for play. Likely its the inner tie rod bushings where they connect to the rack and pinion.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I already replaced the inner tie rod bushings. It was the first thing I replaced.
