Fly-by.

Pre face
Let me just say that I am not proud of some parts of what you are about to read. Actually I am disgraced and the guilt is what compels me to write this story here, in this public forum for all of you to read....

The Story
I'm driving to work and running just a bit late so I'm in a bit of a rush going down the road, passing cars and squeaking out yellows. I catch a red light and some CRX? little box type car pulls up beside me kinda crowding my lane. I just figure he's a dick and/or cant drive fer ****. The light turns green and he tears out with his fart pipe doing its fart pipe thing. The next thing I know I'm thinking (and this is the ugly part) "awww hella no ****ing way!"

and mashed on the gas pedal, needless to say I crushed little buzz boy and as I made my turn off saw the infamous "ricer fly-by"

Lets return now to the "hella" part of the story. After that thought, as I guided my car mindlessly down the road in a straight line, I realized just how ****ing gay that thought, THAT werd is.

I am sorry. I am a bad man. I promise not to think that again. I have electrodes connected now to deter such further gayness.

On the plus side I made it to work on time.

You were thinking the word "hella" is gay.....? Did I misunderstand.....?

Man, you'd have some problems here with the homeboys here in Oakland, Hayward and Fremont.....

Try tellin' them that shhht....

Is there such thing a proper slang....?

He was hell of pist off, or he was hella pist off....?

Yeah it sounds gay if you say "hella ****ing no" as you previously stated but it should actually be "hell ****ing no biootch!".

Yeah, I be scarin' them vettes with my magnum badging....!

Take care, later....

Damn, what's up with the stereotyping?, I rarely use it anyomore cause everyone "always" bitches....! You do it a few times it turns into "you always". Then I'll start using the word "****in'" right now. Then i'll soon hear "he always says ****in'" It's like my ****in' girlfriend and ****, I do something a couple or a few times or something became a habit for a while.... "you always" even when I aint doing it. Why do people have to (since I can't say gotta) ***** about other peoples vocabulary habits when talkin' to friends or posting. I do not always talk like this (can't say don't, huh). So what if it has been somewhat of a habbit? **** **** ****! Some people grew up on farms or as ********, I grew up near the ghetto hearing much worse slang than that. Canadians usually say ey', wanna go ***** at them too.... People talk different.....! I think it's rather sad that people have to dicect and criticize the way some people speak and post. I think it's rather sad that the word "hella" has to become a motherfucking issue. I'll try to never use it again only so I don't have to hear people complain and ****.

Dude, Hey MoparPerformance -

Dude, don't be so sensitive, dude. Use whatever kind of slang you want, dude.

Dude, here in Boston its "wicked."

Example: "Dude that's a wicked pissa cah,(another Boston thing, notice NE accent) dude."

Dude, I was only kidding, dude. Really dude.

:D :D :D

Relax. Breath. Okay, feel better yet?

first off I have known people from the bay area and yes I make fun of their speach patterns, just as they do mine. Its all in fun so you and all the bay area people can relax. Second, yes I have improperly used slang, please forgive. I will edit my post so it reads better.

Why do some people have to ***** and complain so damn much....? If that were not the case there'd be nothing to be sensative too....?

I've never been criticized so ****ing much by people, damn, sorry but it's not cool!

You'd think none of us drive cars made by the same manufacture....

No, sorry, there should not have been a problem and there was not (can't say wasn't). I was just asking what you meant. Even if you meant it I still was not at all upset.

Later.....

I just want to quickly point out that what gets said here is MILD compared to some of the other message boards I've been on . . .

Personally, I don't care about "dude," and "hella," and whatever other slang you can think of. What WOULD bother me would be racist stereotypes or remarks of any sort . . . We are lucky (knock on wood) to have a pretty diverse bunch of people here!

Thanks (Thank you), it's not worth getting pist off over, I'm not really pist but sometimes I gotta (if gotta is not acceptable otherwise please use have to as an acceptable substitution) let it out.

I guess we tell eachother straight up and sometimes we disagree. I do however still think that this is counterproductive to the forum and more annoying than a for a while "high amount of hella's". When criticized people do get defensive, I do especially when there is no reasonable reason for criticizm but everyone has they're own definition of that I guess. I've heard some truely pretty stupid things and things to the contrary and I still don't go around bashing anyone. Everyone's different though. People here just seem to be able to say a lot being behind a computer and not being susceptible to getting knocked the **** out. That was not directed toward anyone specific, more so generalized. If we treated eachother like that in person we'd all be brawlin'. Sensitive is not the proper word, it's actually more like assertive. Growing up and dealing what I've dealt with.... leaving home at 16, getting jumped by some ghetto ass people a few times, going to schools where it was difficult to even exsist. I can be a mean ass motherfucker but why....? I save it for survival when it's necessary, not to go around knockin' people. I try to treat people as if I may actually meet them in person someday. Whatever.... It's cool....

Me, being the one who started that thread, am not sensitive in the least. Come to chat and you will see that very quickly. I just posted that because I get sick of seeing these threads where people just go back and forth dissing each other.

Yes, threads that go back and forth with the name calling serve no purpose. But most of the time name calling starts because someone is "too sensitive" to what someone's opinion was and starts the name calling.
