Just wondering what color exterior/ interior everyone has. And what made you pick it.

My 97 sport was cranberry/ dark quartz, so when I got my 99, I went light, champagne/sandstone. Then my 01 I switched opposite again, with black, dark quartz leather.

Man I loved the champagne/sandstone. I had the Mopar burlwood dashkit, and it was a beautiful car.

I've already gotten over my new black/quartz. The burlwood dash helped warm up the interior, and it's beautiful clean (I'm kind of anal about washing it, I wash 4 -5 times a week) But, what a pain to keep clean, and the swirl marks show up so easy. Plus it's hotter than hell in the summer.

1 week after I bought it, I wondered what the hell was I thinking. But I guess I need to keep the pattern going, I think next I'm going with silver.

Exterior: Platinum
Interior: Dark Grey/Black

I really couldn't be choosy on style or colors cuz I was in a tight squeeze. Life took ahold and I had to sell my '01 Stratus R/T. I knew I wanted a used Intrepid ES and this was a great deal, in excellent shape and in my price range. I have decided my next vehicle will be another Intrepid, (R/T of course!) when life smooths over a bit and I can afford one, probably in about 4 years after I pay this one off!

Ext: Bright Platinum
Int: Agate (gray)

I like the gray on gray tones too. The exterior seems to change shades easily with the environment: overcast sky, clear sky, urban or rural landscapes- so I never find it boring looking.

Exterior: Inferno Red
Interior: Two toned gray (dark and light)

When I went looking for a new car one of my first choices was an Intrepid. I didn't think I would be able to afford an R/T. When I went to the dealership they had one R/T on the lot. They asked me if I wanted to test drive it and I said hell yeah! I instantly feel in love with it. It had all the available options (except smokers group, but I don't smoke anyway). We did the paper work and it turns out I could afford it. So I got the car! :)

My 2000 ES is silver ext, black leather int. I really did not like the color at first, my last car was dark green with tan int which I really liked, but I loved the 'Trep and bought it. Within two weeks I tinted the windows, removed the vent visors, waxed the car by hand with two coats of Mother's carnuba wax and now regularly get compliments on how "sharp" the car looks. The interior is a little dark but looks fantastic when it is clean and has a nice coat of protectant on it.

I don't think any other colors would look good besides Grey or Black with the platinum exterior..

I've got a 2000 ES with a deep slate exterior and a dark gray leather interior. Next in line is to tint the windows, blackout the lights, and put a PC with a touchscreen LCD in it similar to Dodge's Infotronic system they put on the Super8 Hemi and MAXXcab concepts. Should be finished by Christmas.
