I checked my storage and found that I had a 56042756AJ Evic, I installed it and it does have the TPMS. does the Dorman 974002 need a magnet and what is the magnets for anyway? also is there anything else I would need besides the sensors?

If those sensors aren't relatively new...like less than a year or two old....you'll be hit with a giant bill for sensors in the near future.

Average life of the OEM sensors is around 7 years.

The best combination of quality and price I've found so far is at NAPA at around $60 each new. The Dorman sensors are pure crap! Been there done that and wasted $35 each.
