I'm looking into a few suspension upgrades for my 01 SE... such as H&R springs and new wheels/tires.

However, I have to rather pondorous questions;

1) What profile tire would you guys recomend for a 17" wheel? is 45 to thin? how do the 55's handle on the R/T?

2) Can we agree on a spring package for LH? Do the H&R springs still cause vibration with engine spacers? Do we know where to get the spacers or do they come with the package?

Hi i have a 2000 R/T with inthe summer time i run Potenza`s 225/45/ZR 17 inch. They look fine and they handle much better than stock tires. Can`t wait to get them back on this spring.

That rocks, yeah the potenzas are a great tire. Did you go with the S-03?

With your 45 tires, do you still feel like you need stiffer springs / shocks or is the RT tuning apropriate?

No the turning is great no plans to change the springs. I went with RE 730`s. the only pis can be found on the meet i went to in WI. about to months ago. Intrepid99 would know he took them.

Thats really great. Moparperformance and I had been skwalking about suspension parts from a 300m special, but thats just the initial "more is better" syndrome of analysis.

I would rather get R/T springs and shocks than go with something for a car with diferent weight and center of gravity characteristics.

I'd really like to see pics of those wheels and tires you put on if you could email das freund.
