Hope this may be of some help to you.
According to this Dodge dealer the harnesses are different:

http://www.newdodgeparts.com/dodge-parts.htm

Collision Catalog Electrical , Wiring harness ,Engine harness
Description Year MSRP Price Your Price
Engine harness - 2.7 liter 2002 $724.00 $579.20
Engine harness - 3.2 liter & 3.5 liter 02-03 $315.00 $252.00

Error Code-Po68: there is no listing for it, you may have to ask a dealer or anyone like AutoZone or other places that do diagnostics what it means.
Here's the link to all the error codes:

http://www.dodgeintrepid.net/codes.shtml

Re your prior post "Map sensor":
Section 14 Pages 30-35 of the FSM has all the info on MAP and O2 sensors.

Try here; http://www.scantool.net/files/pcodes.txt

As per another thread, P0068= MAP/MAF Throttle Position Correlation

To me that sounds like possibly a vacuum leak causing a difference in what manifold pressure should be at a particular throttle setting and what it really is..

What vehicle are those codes for?
"Try here; http://www.scantool.net/files/pcodes.txt

It references error codes for up to 12 cylinders eg:

P0203 Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 3
P0204 Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 4
P0205 Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 5
P0206 Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 6
P0207 Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 7
P0208 Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 8
P0209 Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 9
P0210 Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 10
P0211 Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 11
P0212 Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 12

Holy crap.. :Eyecrazy: That is almost certainly the problem.... Those butt connections change the resistance and continuity of some circuits and interrupt the signal to the computer. Plus theres no way to tell if their tight enough connections... The 2.7 harness will not work with the 3.5. You will need to get a used 3.5 harness, 02-04 years. Replace that complete harness, with a good used one, then see how she runs-- It will save lots of time and trouble..

All chrysler vehicles have the same code. So if you see the P code for something that is not possible on an intrepid on a generic code definition page that is why. All chrysler vehicles have the same code numbers. An Evap leak in a dodge ram will be the same number as an evap leak in a intrepid. Oh and there is absolutely nothing wrong with butt connectors as long as they are weather tight. A self soldering butt connector is the best way to go, they have solder on the inside and shrink tube on the outside, they make a good connection and seal out the environment. The normal butt connectors will work for a little while untill corrosion starts if not properly sealed.
