Why did Dodge put a Seat Belt Light on the dash, but it never comes on, even if the car is running and you un-buckle your seatbelt? It only comes on when you start the car. Is it supposed to come on when you un-buckle your seatbelt while the car is running? Maybe my seatbelt buckle is broke....
