door panel help

I have a 99 intrepid with power windows,locks,mirror my original door panel is broken around the part where the mirror switch and the door handle is so I bought
another used door panel different color I can't seem to get the new piece apart so I can put it on my original door panel there is no screws or push pins it's like plastic rivets or something and I can't post pics until I do at least 10 posts is there a way I can remove the section I need and put it on my original door panel PLEASE HELP

That's plastic welded...as in it was originally a plastic post that was heated and basically melted into place. Those sections can be cut off using a large drill bit centered on the weld. The only way to reattach after that would be epoxy maybe?

I was going to attempt that but on my original door panel it has carpet on part that price attaches too and I fear that appoxy wouldn't really hold it

I agree this would be safest way to replace it. It could cost an arm and an leg, but it will surely solve it permanently.
