Intake HP gains, too good to be true?

I have been pushing for somebody to get some kind of numbers to show an intake kit (or any intake mod) that really works other than “it feels better”. Having some real numbers would put to rest any doubts about their effectiveness. This could be very important for any newer members (like me) deciding whether or not to spend their time and money. In another thread , PiSSeR stepped up and supplied some dyno numbers.

It opned up my lines and increased my hp 11, I will get my digital camera up to my friends shop and show you a dyno on it...

I’m a little skeptical of those dyno WHP numbers, since they are higher than reported flywheel numbers for a 3.5 V6. They should put a ~3300lbs car into the 14’s.

Again I am a little skeptical about these two mods putting a car into the 14’s, or could it all be the reduced weight of removing the seats?

I guess I’m asking, “Can these numbers be true?” They are pretty significant if true. Otherwise, I would hate to spend my money on something that didn't work as well as claimed above. I would still like to see any dyno images if possible.
