Any good ideas to get a new plug for my radiator fan@ it decided to come out and my fan sliced it

Salvage yard for a replacement fan assembly. If the replacement assembly works as is, bolt it on. If not, take the wiring from it.
Repair harness for that is discontinued. It appears to be a 93-97 fan assembly. Part number 4592123.
There is one for sale on ebay though. Cooling fan resistor 4592123 Chrysler Lhs / Concorde / Intrepid / New Yorker | eBay
Otherwise I would check Rock Auto and get a new fan assembly; it will come with a new harness, and be quick and easy.
