I make custom wood signs as a part time business in my garage. And as of lately, I would rent table space at local schools and church’ craft shows. But I thought I’d make a couple of designs that would appeal to us Intrepid enthusiasts. (I’ve been a member of this site since June of last year) I use 3/4” pine for the base of the sign which is about 16”x32” (I router the edges) then the letters are hand cut using 1/4” plywood. I sand, prime, paint, glue then a final clearcoat is sprayed on. If you want a photo of your car included in the design, I would need a high resolution photo. And I will try to coordinate the sign colors with the color of your car. I’ve got a couple of these in my garage and they look pretty cool.
