Ok. So my car died at light and wouldn't start up after a bunch of crappie luck I ended up changing the fuel pump and having to change the wire harness in the motor. I ended up with a bunch of codes a lot more then listed. I kept reading everywhere it was a wiring problem so I change the wire harness and most of the went away except the ones I listed above . I cleaned the sensors changed the harness and my car still won't start. The sensors are fine I don't know what else to do. Do I have to program the new harness into the vehicle computer or the fuel pump or something. Does anyone gave any ideas of what it could be?

I used ones online. Its all hooked up properly. And I used some CDC QD Contact Cleaner on the sensors. The fuel pump is together good also I hear it working when I turn the key to the on position. But it is a little louder then the one I had on last. I went over that a few times also to make sure it was all properly connected and it was sealed tight.

I didn't use a FSM. I used a few different diagrams and pictures and read what I didn't already know online.

That was just one of a bunch I used as reference on top of reading everything I could find online. Is there a FSM you know of I could use online.

Ok my girls friend told me he was a good mechanic and said he would look at my car I thought it was the fuel pump that's why it wasn't starting. He was looking at it and was spraying starter fluid while I was cranking the car and he ended up catching the engine on fire It got put out quick. When I was cranking the car he was pulling off the clips from the wire harness and checking other stuff when the harness slipped down and he says to crank it and the harness got cut up by the fan and the serpentine belt. I had to get a new air cleaner resonator. That's why I got the harness

The fuel pump had a whole on the side that's why I replaced the pump. The wire harness caught on fire then got cut on a he fan and serpentine belt. Thats why I replaced harness. The codes didn't come up until after dude ****ed the harness up

Initially the fuel pump was the issue. The codes that came up where for leaning towards the fuel pump. (I can't remember what the codes where)but the pump had a hole in the side so that was the initial problem. Before I did the pump my girls friend looked at it and messed my harness up.. that's when I decided to fix the car myself and do the pump. I didn't get the OBD2 codes I listed above until the harness was damaged by dude.

Thanks. How could I find out if the PCM has SKIM or not, Don't you have to program the vin and engine number and mileage to the PCM? Is there a way To program them with a OBD11 or something

Ok. i ran out and bought a multimeter. I tested the 5v supply and the ground from the PCM.
The supply was at -6.97 and the ground was at 5.01. I'm going to attach 3 pictures.
1st. The supply. 2nd. The ground. 3rd. The setting I used to test them.
